Uh oh... I have to choose a minor for next fall.
I'm majoring in Film/Video and I am considering my minor to be Photography, but will this set my fate to a life of poverty?

I made a thread about this in the art section, but I decided to make a News post about it also so I could add pictures later if I wanted.

I recently got into 35mm photography
Currently I am using my mom's 1980s Pentax K1000. Being almost 30 years old and abused/neglected for the past decade there are some scratches on the lens; I'm currently looking for a new/undamaged 50mm and wide angle lens. If you know a good site or shop (in Chicago) let me now.

I wanted to practice video looping in Final Cut Pro (FCP) and Action Scripting in Flash, so I thought of making a video "escape the room" game. Should I go for it or is it an overused idea?

I make many of short videos and promos that are mildly funny. I post most of my work on facebook, but that is only limited to my friends and my school. I'm not really a big YouTuber, just because I think the majority of their top videos are crap.

The idea of posting my videos on Newgrounds has come across my mind, but I don't know if it is the right place.
What do you think?
